NOBODY 1
"Ugh, another application rejected."

NOBODY 2
"I don't really get it. Why are you applying to grad school for something that you know won't help you in the long run?"

NOBODY 1
"You mean for Advanced Academia? Of course it'll help."

NOBODY 2
"How?"

NOBODY 1
"Well, it's important to learn new things, isn't it?"

NOBODY 2
"Certainly, but have you ever stopped to think about what you once knew all along?"

NOBODY 1
"Like what?"

NOBODY 2
"Like happiness. And no, making money isn't the answer."

NOBODY 2
"Then what is?"

NOBODY 1
"Happiness. Happiness is happiness. Crazy, isn't it?"

NOBODY 2
"...Yeah, it is."
Two anonymous nobodies meet at a table of failed applications and discuss a revealing thought.

This is an interesting piece. I think it's a thought all graduates face at some point.
